NYS adult obesity rates still too high!
We all know obesity is a major risk factor for heart disease and stroke. The CDC has posted the 2012 state-specific data on adult obesity prevalence. So where does New York stand? 23.6% of adults are considered obese...are we doing enough to combat obesity?
