Winter Weather Tips for Cardiac Patients

by Michelle Z. on Wednesday, January 30, 2013

We all get restless in the long, cold days of winter and it’s tempting to go outside to shovel snow or go for a walk while we encourage physical activity, cardiac patients should be especially careful.
