Happy Anniversary Delaware! This week, Delaware celebrated the 10th anniversary of its comprehensive smoke-free workplace law. Delaware's clean indoor air law, covering all workplaces, including bars and restaurants, was implemented on November 27, 2002, making it only the second comprehensive, statewide smoke-free law in the nation! Fast foward 10 years and now 30 states, Washington, DC, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and over 700 U.S. cities, have smoke-free laws covering restaurants and bars,
