I had a stroke a little over two years ago and ate fast food and processed food way too much. Now, I''ve decreased my sodium intake and my bp is down. Looking at the nutrition labels really does help as well as cutting out the fast food.
I agree, eating per packed food and fast foods are not good for us. Limit the amount of salt you cook with - many problems when we have to much sodium ( high blood pressure, stroke , renal insufficiency or failure and etc.).
