Register now for our 2025 Day at the Capitol
You’re invited to register for the 2025 American Heart Association’s Day at the Capitol on Monday, February 3rd in Jefferson City! Together we will advocate for laws that prevent heart disease and stroke and make a difference in the lives of Missourians.
*A healthy breakfast and lunch will be provided. There is no cost to attend but advance registration is required.*
We will gather at the Capitol Plaza Hotel (415 McCarty St. Jefferson City, MO 65101) with check-in at 9:30 am and will conclude our activities by 4:00pm.
We ask that all attendees join us for a pre-event training call on Wednesday, January 29th at 6:00PM. Call-in details will be emailed out the week beforehand.
The call will prepare you for your Day at the Capitol experience and will include:
• An overview of our event activities
• Review of the “asks” we will be making of our legislators
• What to expect when meeting with your legislators that day.
• An update on the current legislative environment.
This year we will be working to ensure all schools and athletic facilities have plans in case of a cardiac event.
